Happy Housewarming Ace!

so ace, my main man, just recently purchased a house in the well to do area of los gatos. for those not from cali, it’s up north in the san jose area. he bought a quaint condo and myself, with a few friends and BJ in tow, headed up there for the housewarming.

here’s a few pics i snapped of his common area outside (which BJ couldn’t get enough of), and his garden area where he and his girlfriend Jenni grow their own plants. i love what they did with it:

unfortunately, his gift didn’t get to me in time to take with me on the trip but i took some pics anyway, courtesy of Stat Key. good folks, although the shipping takes forever and they don’t provide you with tracking info. only fitting we get him a key.
