Your Guide to Searching the Interweb

It was the same situation when I was in school. I’ve always had a very healthy curiosity when it comes to technology and I’ve been in/around Photoshop since I was 12. So when I started taking Photoshop/Illustrator classes in college I was a little ahead of the curve. I was naturally inclined to help anyone…

It’s all about progression.

I also wanted something a little more representative of the actual style of our home. I don’t know very many people (personally) who have as many black walls in their home as we do, so I wanted black to be a more prominent color on the site. White and gray are our foundation, prominent sparks…

Chocolates and Yellows and Golds, oh my!

I love how the paint turned out on the armoire. Its shades lighter than the gray on the wall, so it goes but doesn’t blend in. The hardware, however, has worn out its welcome. I tried to live with it, but its overall just too dark for me. I think the scale is off too,…

Mostly because we’ve been hopping from project to project just to stay excited (and tending to more important things). This room is definitely not finished. We’re planning on getting…

Sneak: Mom’s Room

She’s a stroke survivor and needs 24-hour help. Although, my mom and I were always very close even if she was perfectly healthy we’d probably have the same living arrangement. Her being a single mother and I an only child, there was always a “we’re all we have” type of feeling. Us gals, we stuck…
